PS-PUA-06 / Engineered System
PolyShield Traffic Deck
Wear-resistant, anti-slip 2K route for stressed roof areasWaterproofing and service loads are designed separately and documented as one complete system.

PS-PUA-06 / Engineered System
Waterproofing and service loads are designed separately and documented as one complete system.
What this system was developed for
Technical running zones
Parking roofs after engineering
Maintenance trails
Walkable roof and terrace areas
Concrete
Cement-based load-bearing floor
Waterproof core plus separate wear layer
Anti-slip level can be adjusted project-specifically
Quick renovation windows possible
Repairable and maintainable workspaces
A traffic-resistant polyurea structure combines an elastic waterproof core with a separately designed wear and anti-slip layer. Load profile, bends, braking zones, cleaning and chemical loads determine the finish.

Complete system construction
The structure shown is a selection frame. Primer, layer thickness, consumption and details are only finalized after inspection, test surface and document check.

Niet automatisch. Voertuigbelasting vereist een aantoonbaar geschikte complete verkeersopbouw met slijtlaag en afgestemde textuur.
No. Extra texture can increase safety, but makes cleaning more difficult. The balance is chosen per usage zone.
Often yes. Work areas, connections, accessibility and release must be organized in advance.
Technical floor
Layer thicknessOptical coverage is not proof of layer thickness; material quantity is linked to work area and surface.
