Fast and controlled
Short recoating times actually require more process control.
With fast-reacting 2K systems, material temperature, mixing ratio, processing time and the permitted overcoat window are included in the work plan in advance. In this way, speed becomes a technical advantage and not an implementation risk.
The product documentation and project specification used always remain leading. PolyShield therefore does not communicate generic curing times as if they apply under all circumstances.
