We only use project information to properly assess your application.

What data do we process?

With a project request, we may receive company name, contact person, role, telephone number, e-mail address, project address, object and subsurface data, desired planning and technical project information. Data from project screening, roof measurement and Roof Intelligence will only be included when you send the application yourself.

Selectable files will not be uploaded until your own secure document storage is activated.

Purpose and basis

We use the data to assess the project fit and technical question, contact you according to your preference, prepare an inspection and possibly prepare a quotation. The processing is based on your request for pre-contractual steps and on the consent you give in the form.

Own processing and security

The form does not use an external form service. In the production environment, the request is stored directly in the protected PolyShield project environment. During local review, a draft may temporarily reside in the browser on the device in use. Do not send medical, financial or other special personal data.

Retention period

Aanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden, bewaren wij in beginsel maximaal 24 maanden na het laatste inhoudelijke contact, tenzij een kortere termijn passend is of langere bewaring nodig is voor een concreet geschil. Gegevens die onderdeel worden van een opdracht, factuur of bedrijfsadministratie bewaren wij zolang dit nodig is voor uitvoering, garantie en wettelijke verplichtingen. Fiscaal relevante basisgegevens worden in beginsel zeven jaar bewaard; voor gegevens waarvoor wettelijk een langere termijn geldt, hanteren wij die langere termijn.

Inspection, correction and deletion

You can ask what personal data we have about you, have data corrected or – where the law allows this – deleted. You can also withdraw your consent for future communications.
