A liquid-applied membrane can seamlessly accommodate complex details, penetrations and connections. The existing roof structure must be stable, dry enough and sufficiently adhesive.
In case of wet insulation, serious damage or insufficient adhesion, we first recommend repair or replacement.

Where the existing roof structure is suitable, we combine targeted preparation with a substrate-specific, fast-drying primer and a cold-applied 2K polyurea membrane. Details are worked out in advance so that the large surfaces can follow efficiently.
The speed remains dependent on temperature, moisture, detailing, surface and technical overcoating times. That is why the phasing is recorded per roof zone and business activity.
