Wear-resistant seamless factory floor in a modern production environment

PolyShield Floor / IND

Fast curing floors for factories and production

A production floor that is designed around load and the available stop window.

In production environments, it is not only wear and tear that determines the choice of system. Internal transport, process fluids, cleaning, temperature, safety zones and the duration of a production stop are also leading. That's why our route starts with a load and operating window matrix.

Problem · cause · solution

Not every square meter
is taxed the same.

That is why the choice of flooring starts with the business process. We link load, surface, finish and available downtime to an executable system route.

  1. 01Wear and tear due to internal transport
  2. 02Local chemical and liquid loads
  3. 03Damaged or contaminated existing surface
  4. 04Insufficient time for a standard multi-day build-up
  5. 05Unsafe or unclear walking and working zones

First system direction

Recommended PolyShield systems.

This is a technical preselection. The floor scan and project specification determine the final layer structure.

PRIMARY 01

PS Rapid Quartz

Fast availability, high wear resistance and grip per zone of use.

A polyaspartic system completely infused with colored quartz for industrial zones where traffic, moisture and controlled texture are decisive.

PRIMARY 02

PS Rapid Uni

A uniform, early-service floor for short refurbishment windows.

A smooth aliphatic polyaspartic floor construction for business indoor and outdoor areas where planning, UV stability and maintainability count together.

Business added value

What this route brings to your organization.

01

Planning around production

Work areas and layer changes are linked to stops, shifts and internal logistics.

02

Tax per zone

Not a generic factory floor, but a route for traffic, liquids and cleaning per section.

03

Controllable execution

Climate, consumption, layer changes and release are included in the delivery file.

Selection conditions

This must be clear before the quotation.

  • Inventory process chemicals and cleaning per zone
  • Test thermal loads and point loads in a project-specific manner
  • Measure moisture, compressive strength and tensile strength of the supporting floor
  • Protect work areas against production dust and cross traffic

From question to floor plan

Three steps to a reliable scope.

01

Tax matrix

Traffic, chemistry, temperature, cleaning and downtime are determined per zone.

02

Technical floor scan

The existing floor is examined for moisture, strength, contamination and repair needs.

03

Work area protocol

System, preparation, checks and release are recorded per implementation phase.

Frequently asked questions

Technical answers before system choice.

How quickly can a production floor be used again?+

That depends on the complete structure, temperature and load. We record separate moments per project for foot traffic, light traffic and full load.

Can the floor be renovated in phases?+

Yes, when safe work areas, routing and connections are technically possible. The phasing is designed before the quotation.

Is this suitable for heavy chemical industry?+

Only after assessing the exact substances, concentrations, temperature and contact time. In case of exceptional loads, a different specialist route may be necessary.
