Can rust be painted over directly?
Not without assessment. Loose corrosion, salts, grease and insufficiently adhesive layers must first be removed or treated.
Does roof coating also remove condensation?
Not automatically. Condensation requires separate research into insulation, ventilation, dew point and use.
