When a standard solution does not go far enough technically.
We investigate selective system routes for active leaks, aggressive environments, special emission requirements and critical concrete structures. Not as a product catalogue, but as a technical admission program.
For us, exclusive means: demonstrably suitable for the project.
A technology is only proposed when the subsurface, load, detailing, implementation conditions and current technical documentation together provide sufficient certainty. Availability alone is never a selection criterion.
PS-SP-01Instant leak control
PU injection for active leaks
Water-reactive injection technology for leaking cracks, joints and cavities where surface treatment alone does not reach the cause.
Relevant project types
Cellars and lift wells
Tunnels and parking garages
Underground concrete structures
Distinction
Reacts in the construction and can also be selected with active water flow.
Admission limit
Crack movement, water route, structural cause and accessibility must first be determined.
For each project-specific selection we check the current technical basis. This way we prevent a special product feature being promised outside the tested system structure.
01TDS and SDS
Processing, security, restrictions and storage.
02DoP, ETA and certification
Performance only within the described structure.
03EPD and emission data
Make environmental claims verifiable and product specific.
04Delivery and project logistics
Minimum order quantity, delivery time, batch and application capacity.
Environmental performance
Zero-VOC is valuable, but never the whole story.
Where possible, we also assess service life, repairability, material consumption, packaging, waste flows and available EPD information. A longer useful life and targeted renovation can be more important than one individual environmental characteristic.
Claims about recycled raw materials, emissions or chemical resistance will only be used if the current documentation of the ultimately selected system variant confirms this.
