PolyShield Floor
Fast polyaspartic industrial floor
UV-stable, fast-responding 2K floor systems for indoors and outdoors, aimed at minimal downtime and project-specific confirmed recommissioning.
PolyShield performs this
Fast-track polyaspartic industrial floors
A wear-resistant floor with uni-colour, flakes, quartz or anti-slip within a short project-specific renovation window.
- 01Measure moisture, strength and existing layers
- 02Sanding, milling or blasting and repairing
- 03Apply primer and selected floor structure
- 04Check anti-slip, color and use
From damage picture to solution
Problem, cause and effect first visible.
- Mechanical traffic and point loads
- Chemical or thermal stress
- Moisture, poor adhesion or wrong choice of system
Damage spreads, cleaning becomes more difficult and production or traffic zones can fail.
Subsurface repair and a floor structure tailored to load, skid resistance and available downtime.
Business benefits
The value is not just in the new layer.
Less downtime
Assessing fast 2K routes for short renovation windows.
Safe use
Adjust friction and routing to the real work zone.
Lower maintenance burden
Achieving a closed, cleanable finish.
Representation
Use colour, flakes or quartz functionally and visually.
Continuing to drive over damaged areas can enlarge repair zones and make a later renovation moment more drastic.
First have the size, cause, accessibility and desired planning assessed. We then compare repair, renovation and, where necessary, replacement without selling a standard solution in advance.
Have project assessed →SUITABLE FOR
Business applications with a clear technical question.
- Warehouses and logistics
- Garages and workshops
- Shops, showrooms and operational business premises
System approach
Measure flatness, strength and moisture
Sanding, milling or blasting
Repair cracks and damage
Apply selected floor and anti-slip system
Application boundaries
Assess first.
Only then specify.
- Exclude rising damp in advance
- Determine load and cleaning regime
- Confirm commissioning time per system
Control profile
The division is broader than the application.
PolyShield assesses preparation, implementation and delivery as one coherent technical scope.
- 01Moisture and substrate strength
- 02Traffic and chemical loads
- 03Non-slip and commissioning
Can be processed quickly where responsible
Less downtime starts with the right system choice.
Where technically appropriate, PolyShield works with fast-reacting primers, two-component membranes and fast protective layers. The benefit lies not only in curing, but in a work plan in which preparation, recoating times and recommissioning are aligned in advance.

- 02
Align work zones with logistics, production and desired reuse
- 03
Confirm curing, temperature and load in advance in a project-specific manner
Interactieve vloerselectie
Welke vloer past bij uw gebruik?
Kies eerst de omgeving en daarna de gewenste uitstraling. Dit is een technische voorselectie; ondergrond, belasting en uitvoeringsvenster bepalen de definitieve opbouw.

A complete business floor within a short execution window.
This aliphatic 2K polyurea, often referred to as polyaspartic flooring, combines fast response with UV stability, wear resistance and high mechanical resistance. This makes the technology interesting for indoor and outdoor floors where prolonged downtime is not an option.
The speed does not start with the final layer. Subsurface measurement, mechanical preparation, repairs, primer, work compartment layout and release to traffic together form the fast-track route.
Two variants, one system family
The location determines which route is suitable.
Regular fast-track variant
For indoor and outdoor floors where a very short drying and recoating time, mechanical resistance and UV exposure are key.
- Short application and overlay windows
- Suitable for exposed floor areas
- Project specific chemical resistance
- Application at lower temperatures possible within product specification
Low-odor variant
For shops, supermarkets, warehouses and limited ventilated areas where solvents and odor pollution require extra attention.
- Solvent-free system direction
- Limitation of odor pollution
- Same focus on rapid recommissioning
- Ventilation and working conditions remain part of the work plan
Business applications
Built around use, not a product name.
Warehouses and logistics
Wear-resistant renovation for foot traffic, internal transport and zones that must be available again quickly.
Garages and workshops
UV-stable and mechanically strong finish, with chemical load and anti-slip pre-determined.
Shops and showrooms
Short renovation windows, color stability and a representative finish for commercial spaces.
Washing and service locations
System selection based on water, cleaning agents, oil load, drainage and desired skid resistance.
Exterior floors
Aliphatic system direction for UV and weather exposed areas, provided the surface and detailing are suitable.
Sensitive indoor locations
Solvent-free, low-odor variant for locations where emissions, odor and ventilation are extra important.
Indicative fast-track route
From recording to reuse.
A floor can be constructed in a very short window under appropriate conditions. The final planning will only follow after a test area, moisture measurement and selection of the complete system variant.
- 01Measure and prepare
Check moisture, tensile strength, cracks, loads and existing layers; then sanding, milling or blasting.
- 02Repair and prime
Repair weak areas and adjust the primer to the substrate, temperature and subsequent layer.
- 03Build up a 2K wearing layer
Control mixing, consumption, recoating time, color and any anti-slip per work area.
- 04Check and release
Only release the floor to traffic after project-specific confirmation of the chosen variant and circumstances.
