Large white commercial roof with skylights suitable for phased roof renovation

For decision makers

Technology translated into building risk and project value.

01Logistics property owners

02Distribution centers

03Warehouse operators

04Technical asset management

Problem → consequence → system route

Why standard roof coating is not sufficient as a decision framework.

RISICO 01

Large consequence areas

Water intrusion can affect inventory, racking, automation and loading processes simultaneously.

RISICO 02

Lots of repetitive details

Skylights, overlaps, drains and installations increase the risk of errors without controlled work areas.

RISICO 03

No room for stagnation

Access, traffic and indoor processes require a phased plan with clear release.

Technical preselection

Four questions before a system proposal.

  1. 01Which roof areas are above critical stock?
  2. 02How are large work sections logically phased?
  3. 03Is rolling or airless technically and environmentally appropriate?
  4. 04How do emergency drains and skylights continue to function?

Matching system families

Not a universal product
A manageable selection route.

The families mentioned are promising directions. The final construction only follows after checking the substrate, details, load, environment and current technical documentation.

Projectstrategie

From business context to verifiable execution.

01

Roof zone × indoor function

Link parts of the roof to stock, automation and traffic flows.

02

Workspace logistics

Determine material routing, weather window, details and phase transitions in advance.

03

Scalable application

Select application method based on surface, complexity, environment and spray mist.

Business added value

Why clients choose a complete system route.

Manageable phasing

Large areas are split up without losing system continuity.

Take advantage of short weather windows

Fast 2K technology can limit exposure per work area when conditions are right.

Uniform delivery file

Each zone receives the same registration of preparation, details and consumption.

Evidence after execution

What should be included in the project file.

01Work area and detailed plan

02Registration of phase transitions

03Application and environmental conditions

04Delivery linked to roof zones

Frequently asked questions

Short answers for technical decision makers.

Is airless application suitable for every logistics roof?+

No. Surface, wind, environment, air inlets, spray mist and product documentation determine whether spraying is responsible.

Can a large roof be treated in separate phases?+

Yes, provided phase transitions are technically designed and each zone is prepared, checked and recorded separately.

Is a white roof interesting for a distribution center?+

This may be relevant with high solar loads, but the thermal effect and savings must be assessed on a building-specific basis.

NEXT STEP

Start with construction data, not with a product choice.

Share location, roof structure, size, reason and available images. You will receive an initial route for assessment without having to re-enter the same data.
