Realistic metal roof of a large industrial hall

What this system was developed for

A clear project role, not a universal coating.

APPLICATION

Metal industrial halls

Gutters and valley gutters

Overlapping and fastenings

Large airless suitable roof areas

SUBSTRATE

Steel

Galvanized metal

Existing compatible coating after test

PROJECT VALUE

Combination of corrosion control and waterproofing

Suitable for complex profiling

Airless potential on large surfaces

Reflective variant possible

DIRECT TECHNISCH ANTWOORD / PS-PUA-03

When is this route promising?

For a metal commercial roof, a polyurea system must not only bridge leakage, but also address corrosion levels, existing coating, deformation, fastenings and condensation risk. Pretreatment and primer determine reliability.

PS-PUA-03 / interactive system build-up

See what every system layer does.

Separate the layers, select a function and see which control point and project evidence belong to the next work phase. This visual is a technical selection framework, not a universal installation detail.

Illustrative system build-up.The final primer, layer thickness, reinforcement, finish and application follow from substrate assessment and current technical documentation.

Complete system construction

Each layer has one controllable function.

The structure shown is a selection frame. Primer, layer thickness, consumption and details are only finalized after inspection, test surface and document check.

Frequently asked technical questions

Short answer, clear line of evidence.

Can polyurea stop rust?+

A membrane does not replace corrosion testing or metal repair. Loose corrosion, salts, weakened parts and existing coatings must first be treated appropriately.

Can a metal roof be sprayed airless?+

This is possible in suitable large zones, provided product documentation, wind, overspray, air inlets, environment and shielding allow this.

Does coating dissolve condensation?+

Not automatically. Condensation is caused by building physical conditions and requires a separate analysis

Attachment

Why a primer is not an afterthought

The primer function depends on the substrate, porosity, moisture and the chosen membrane technology.

Application method

Cold applied or hot spray?

Equipment, response time, project environment and geometry determine which polyurea route is appropriate.

Layer thickness

How consumption becomes controllable

Optical coverage is not proof of layer thickness; material quantity is linked to work area and surface.
