For a metal commercial roof, a polyurea system must not only bridge leakage, but also address corrosion levels, existing coating, deformation, fastenings and condensation risk. Pretreatment and primer determine reliability.

The structure shown is a selection frame. Primer, layer thickness, consumption and details are only finalized after inspection, test surface and document check.

A membrane does not replace corrosion testing or metal repair. Loose corrosion, salts, weakened parts and existing coatings must first be treated appropriately.
This is possible in suitable large zones, provided product documentation, wind, overspray, air inlets, environment and shielding allow this.
