Where technically appropriate, PolyShield works with fast-reacting primers, two-component membranes and fast protective layers. The benefit lies not only in curing, but in a work plan in which preparation, recoating times and recommissioning are aligned in advance.

UV-stable outdoor floor
Mineral appearance with a transparent technical binding.
A transparent, fully aliphatic 2K binding layer is mixed with selected quartz or natural stone grain to form a decorative synthetic resin mortar. This means that the grain remains visible and the concept is suitable for representative outdoor floors with sun exposure.
The technology is interesting for business terraces, entrances, stairs, hotel and catering zones and selected swimming pool environments. Slope, water drainage, pore structure and subsurface movement determine the final structure.

Grain and color mix
A limited collection of physical natural stone and quartz mixes prevents color differences between screen and reality.
Open or closed structure
Pores and any seals influence drainage, dirt absorption, cleaning and appearance.

Matte protection
Where appropriate, a transparent matte UV-resistant protective layer can support aesthetics and cleanability.
