POLYSHIELD NEW BUILD / ARCHITECTS & TECHNICAL ADVISORS

From performance requirement to feasible system structure.

Technical input for details, specifications, surface conditions and evidence — without brand names as a starting point.Submit a technical question
BESLISKADER

Four topics that need to be discussed early.

01

Performance-oriented

Water pressure, traffic, UV, chemistry, grip and working window are translated into system requirements.

02

Detail-driven

Connections and interfaces are assessed before the open surface.

03

Provable

ETA, DoP, fire, slip or chemical performance are only linked where the overall structure supports this.

04

Doable

Requirements remain compatible with the substrate, climate, logistics and the available application technology.

Avoid failure costs

Where projects get stuck unnecessarily.

  • A product name as a replacement for a performance requirement
  • Details without feasible geometry
  • Certificate claims independent of the tested structure
  • No consideration for construction moisture or working window
INPUT FROM YOUR CONSTRUCTION TEAM

What we need.

  1. 01Detail and specifications drawings
  2. 02Load and usage profile
  3. 03Required performance and standards
  4. 04Material transitions
  5. 05Intended inspection methodology
POLYSHIELD OUTPUT

What you get back.

  1. 01Brand-neutral system description
  2. 02Layer structure and subsurface conditions
  3. 03Critical Detail Principles
  4. 04List of supporting documents to be verified
  5. 05Implementation and inspection points of interest
PROJECTFASEN

The right technical question at the right time.

01VO

Which technology suits the building component?

Preselection based on load, geometry and maintainability.

02DO

Which details determine the risk?

Interface control and principles for drainage, curbs, joints and protection.

03Cutlery

How does the requirement remain brand neutral and verifiable?

Performance, layer functions, substrate conditions and supporting documents.

04Execution

How do we test equality?

Checking current documentation, total structure and test/inspection plan.

Relevant work packages

Directly to the appropriate building parts.

PURCHASING & EQUIVALENCE

Select by complete value.

  1. 01

Specify layer features and performance instead of just trade names.

  2. 02

Link certificates to the exact substrate and system structure.

  3. 03

Name test surfaces, adhesion and inspection moments.

  4. 04

Have equivalence technically tested before approval.

Frequently asked questions

Clarity before the application.

Do you work brand neutral?+

Yes. Public and early project specifications are built from technology and performance. Final product choice follows from current documentation and project conditions.

Can you check specification texts?+

We can identify technical principles, feasibility and missing system conditions. Formal design responsibility remains with the designated consultant.

How do you deal with certifications?+

We check the applicability to the entire proposed structure. A separate certificate is not proof for every variant or surface.

NEXT STEP

Submit a technical question.

Start with drawings, construction parts and planning that are already known. A definitive system does not have to be established yet.

FROM ORIENTATION TO PROJECT DECISION

Connect to the phase your project is currently in.

You do not have to choose a system or product yet. Start with the information that is already available; we identify what is still technically lacking.
