POLYSHIELD NEW BUILD / QUALITY ASSURANCE

From specifications to demonstrable execution.

PolyShield connects brand-neutral system requirements, current supporting documents, release points and project registration. This keeps it clear what has been designed, checked, implemented and transferred.

One chain of custody

A certificate is a source.
Not a substitute for project control.

Technical documents only prove what has been assessed within their scope. The actual subsurface, exact layer structure, details, climate conditions and implementation determine whether that performance on the project remains plausible and verifiable.

That's why we separate product evidence, system evidence and project evidence. Claims are only used when the correct document version and project situation match.

FROM DESIGN TO MANAGEMENT

Four phases, four concrete outputs.

01

Design & cutlery

Determine building component, load, layer functions, detailed principles and evidence requirements in a brand-neutral manner.

Principles note · performance matrix · detailed questions
02

Equality

Test alternatives for exact application, substrate, system structure and current documentation.

Comparison matrix · discrepancies · open proofs
03

Execution release

Check whether the surface, environment, details, materials and partner scope are ready.

ITP/inspection plan · hold points · work area release
04

Handover

Transfer implementation, deviations, consumption, details and maintenance in a traceable manner.

Project passport · photo file · residual points · maintenance
INTERACTIEVE DOCUMENTATIEMATRIX

Selecteer een bouwdeel.
Bekijk wat aantoonbaar moet zijn.

Niet ieder document geldt automatisch voor ieder project. Deze voorselectie laat zien welke bewijs- en controleketen minimaal moet worden besproken.

01 / VOORAF

Technische vrijgave

  • Betonsterkte en vocht
  • Scheuren en naden
  • Afschot en afvoer
  • Slipklasse
  • Beschikbaar werkvenster
02 / PRODUCT & SYSTEEM

Bewijsstukken

  • Hechtingsproef
  • Verbruiksregistratie

  • Oplevering per werkvak
03 / UITVOERING

Basisregistratie

  • Actuele TDS en SDS

  • Foto- en restpuntenregistratie
04 / STOPPUNT

  • Onvoldoende draagkracht
  • Onverklaarde vochtbelasting
  • Constructieve scheuren zonder herstelplan
Besteknotitie voor deze route

Leg minimaal ondergrondvoorwaarden, laagfuncties, kritieke details, projectspecifieke prestaties, proef- en keuringsmomenten, bescherming en opleverdossier vast. Een productnaam alleen is geen complete specificatie.

Cutlery support

Six parts of an executable system specification.

01

Substrate

Type, age, strength, moisture, flatness, contamination and existing layers must be verifiable.

02

Layer functions

Primer, repair, detail reinforcement, membrane, broadcasting, sealing layer and protection separately.

03

Achievement

Only require relevant performance: water pressure, crack bridging, slip, chemistry, UV, fire or root load.

04

Execution

Link climate limits, recoat times, mixing, consumption, layer thickness and protection to the current product documentation.

05

Control

Determine test surface, adhesion, visual inspection, measuring method, hold points and acceptance criteria in advance.

06

File

Versions, batches, measured values, photos, deviations and maintenance information must be complete upon transfer.

Evidential Hierarchy

From manufacturer document to actual project evidence.

A higher position in this chain does not replace the previous one. The documents complement each other.

  1. 01TDS/SDS

    Processing and safety

Current technical and safety information for the exact product variant and components.

  2. 02DoP/CE

    Declared performance

Only relevant within the scope of the harmonized standard or European assessment.

  3. 03ETA/EAD

    Rated system route

No general project approval; surface, structure and intended use remain limited.

  4. 04CLASS

    Project-related classification

BROOF, slip, chemical resistance or root resistance only for the demonstrable variant and structure.

  5. 05SITE

    Project proof

Adhesion, moisture, conditions, consumption, details and deviations at the actual location.

Roles & responsibilities

Transparent when partners cooperate.

PolyShield does not automatically carry out every preparatory or constructive discipline itself. Mechanical preparation, heavy concrete repair, injection work, access or additional finishing can be provided by selected partners or other construction parties.

POLYSHIELD
  • System preselection and application scope
  • Surface and detail clearance within our discipline
  • Process and application registration
  • Coordination of agreed partner scope
BOUWTEAM
  • Construction and design responsibility
  • Ready and accessible building part
  • Protection after transfer
  • Approval of deviations and interfaces
CLAIM RULE 01

No ETA outside of intended use.

CLAIM RULE 02

No BROOF without a precisely tested roof structure.

CLAIM RULE 03

No fast-track promise without project-specific cure.

CLAIM RULE 04

No delivery without closed residual points.
