Why an open ceiling is complex
Pipes, gutters, profiles, air ducts and existing finishes do not all react the same. Some components may not be coated or must remain accessible.
The recording therefore highlights detection, fixtures, labels, flexible parts, moving components and surfaces with unknown adhesion.

Test area and color choice
A dark color changes light reflection and spatial perception. Therefore, assess color and gloss together with lighting and interior concept.
The test area also checks coverage, haze and adhesion on the most important material categories.
Foreclosure remains decisive
Floor, walls, facade, sprinkler heads and technical installations may require extensive protection. This work should be visible in planning and budget.
In an unfavorable environment, a smaller work zone or alternative method may be more sensible.
This explanation is general and does not constitute project-specific system advice. Subsurface investigation, tax and official system documentation remain decisive.
