PolyShield does not publish a universal number of m² per day. After inspection, the client receives a phasing in which accessibility, preparation, product windows, weather reserve, partner work and quality checks are clearly included. This makes planning manageable for real estate management, production and implementation.

Is 1,000 m² a hard lower limit?+
No. It is a commercial target size. A smaller profiled surface can be interesting, while a large but extremely detailed or fog-sensitive project is better carried out in a hybrid manner.
How many square meters do you spray per day?+
A reliable number only follows after inspection. Product, layer thickness, surface, details, drying time, shielding, weather and logistics determine the daily production. PolyShield records the assumptions in the work plan.
Is airless always cheaper than rolling?+
No. Labor can be reduced at the main level, but additional shielding or complex preparation can reduce the benefit. We compare the entire implementation route.
Can the company remain open during the work?+
Work areas and coordinated ventilation can often be phased. Critical production, traffic routes and air intakes are included in the implementation plan in advance.
